Spacious cottage converted from a brick barn comprises: Entrance hall with cloakroom and toilet; open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cooker, etc.; dining area and south facing sitting room with real flame gas fire, remote control TV, video and hi-fi, two sofas (one sofa-bed), one easy chair and pouffe. First floor has one double en-suite (bath) with mosqito net over to give four-poster effect and one twin en-suite (shower over bath) bedroom both with walk-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dressing table and drawers.

Staircase up to second twin en-suite (shower over bath) bedroom, spacious walk-in wardrobe; beautiful open-plan first floor accommodation; kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cooker, etc.; dining area, real flame gas fire, remote control TV, video and hi-fi; sitting area with arched window, south facing with views of open Wolds countryside.
BOOKINGS ARE NOW BEING TAKEN FOR THE ABOVE ACCOMMODATION.
Bed and Breakfast is still availabe in the house and our two annexe rooms, the ground floor annexe room serving multi-purpose accommodation. It is set up with one double and two single beds so would accommodate a family or would be suitable for a couple who did not wish to attempt stairs, or a family using the self-catering accommodation who wish to bring grandparents with them, but have separate rooms. Our flexibility is extensive, just ask!
We also specialise in group bookings, family gatherings, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc., or just a romantic quiet break away from it all.

£50.00 deposit required at time of booking, balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable. Holiday insurance is recommended.
No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to personal effects.
On your arrival you may check in between 3.00 - 5.00pm (or confirm by telephone).
On your departure you are obliged to vacate by 10.00 am.
You are expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
Please note that our premises are non-smoking throughout.
We regret we do not accept pets.
High chair and cot available if ordered @ £10 per week.
Bedding and towels for sofa-bed @ £20 per week
